Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista located in Pune. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving various coffee beverages, ensuring the coffee bar is well-stocked and clean, interacting with customers, taking and fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining high standards of customer service and food safety. Day-to-day tasks will also include handling payments, answering customer queries, and ensuring a satisfying customer experience.

Qualifications

Barista and mocktail making skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a similar role is a must.
Coffee program diploma or equivalent
