Barista (Coffee Maker)

Job Profile

• Welcoming customers and providing excellent customer service during their visit
• Preparing a range of different coffee drinks including café latte, cappuccino etc.
• Handling Stock management and inventory of goods at café and warehouse
• Building / merchandise high end product variety for café.
• Build on hamper and gifting ideas in tandem with store heads for festive gifting and everyday gifting
• Coordinate orders for café and hampers, including client liaison for orders, accounting and achieving delivery timelines.
• Timely stock check and management of perishables with expiry dates in mind.
• Update weekly and daily stock of café
• Cleaning and maintaining espresso machine and other equipment, managing any repairs when needed
• Coordinate for timely vendor payments
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

Skills Sets

• Good knowledge of brews and beverages
• Knowledge of coffee preparation from roasting and grinding beans to pouring coffee
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• A polite, engaging personality
• Proficiency in Excel

Job Location: KNK Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai

Office Timings: 10.30am to 07.30pm

Work Experience - Minimum 3 years

Salary shall commensurate as per experience

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
