- Greet guests and take drink or food orders. Serve beverages and snacks from the bar. Ensure cleanliness of tables, chairs, and bar area. Maintain stock levels and report shortages to the bartender or manager. Assist in preparing simple drinks or garnishes if required. Provide excellent customer service and handle guest complaints politely. Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.
