Job Title: Game Supervisor – Smaaash Entertainment | Lower Parel, Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 net take-home per month (based on interview)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Rotational Off)
Shifts: Rotational

• 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM
• 02:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Joining: Immediate / within 15 days
Gender: Male candidates preferred
Age Limit: Up to 35 Years

About the Role

We are seeking a Game Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the gaming floor, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain coordination with technical and floor teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise game hosts and floor staff
• Ensure VR games, arcade attractions, and gaming zones are fully operational
• Manage guest interaction and resolve queries/complaints professionally
• Coordinate with technical staff for timely equipment fixes
• Perform cash handling, game card and token management
• Maintain safety, discipline, and crowd flow
• Ensure strong service delivery and guest experience
• Upsell game packages and promotions as required
• Maintain shift reports and operational documentation

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in gaming/entertainment/hospitality supervision
• Graduate or Diploma qualification preferred
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Strong team handling and leadership skills
• Comfortable with weekend and shift work
• Basic technical knowledge of gaming machines preferred
