Banquet Sales Manager (Only Female)

You should have thorough knowledge of the venue and a good understanding of the F&B menu. As a Conference and Banquet Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all functions related to conference and banquet operations to achieve optimal departmental revenue targets. This involves overseeing day-to-day sales activities, planning and assigning work, and setting performance and development goals for all events team members. The ability to multitask and work efficiently under high-pressure deadlines is essential for success in this role. You will be expected to provide clear and engaging communication to potential guests regarding the brand, facility, and menu offerings. Meeting with guests to showcase the facilities, create menus, and offer additional services such as audio/visual and entertainment will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will oversee event execution and conduct post-event follow-ups to ensure exceptional guest experiences and explore opportunities for repeat bookings. Building strong relationships with both internal and external customers is crucial, as is meeting revenue targets.
