Role Overview: As a guest service representative at the company, your role involves contacting appropriate departments to resolve guest calls and requests, utilizing sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty, and determining and providing complimentary gifts to guests for their patronage. You will also be responsible for promoting the brand image internally and externally, processing requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points, and handling all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail.
