• Develop innovative and visually appealing design concepts, graphics, and layouts for websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns.

• Create and maintain the brand's visual identity to ensure consistency across all design elements and materials.

• Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to keep work current and relevant.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual communication strategies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Edit and retouch images to improve quality and adjust layouts and compositions as needed.
• Collaborate with printers, photographers, illustrators, and other creative professionals for successful project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, diverse portfolio showcasing various design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
• Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability and openness to incorporate feedback and make design revisions.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and web design is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is a bonus.
• Familiarity with branding and marketing concepts is advantageous.
