The Quality Analyst / Automation Tester will have at least 10-12 years of experience and operates at Squad level, providing oversight of the quality of Squad deliverables. You will be responsible for testing new features with an end-to-end business view to ensure that the business outcome is fit for purpose. You will evangelize test automation tools and implement them wherever possible to achieve regression testing. Additionally, you will drive the test environment setup and test data creation with a deep functional understanding of the business. Your key responsibilities will include implementing a test management process within Websites and Mobile Area of work, writing test cases based on user story acceptance criteria and business outcomes, conducting testing activities, analyzing and recording test results, verifying corrections, collaborating with other Squad team members to ensure defects are resolved, supporting the usage of Test management and Test execution tools, reporting progress/update through Agile team management tools, governing quality through the SDLC lifecycle, creating Test Automation Strategy & Roadmap for Squads, designing, developing, and maintaining automation scripts, attending Squad ceremonies, and conducting quality reviews of deliverables produced by squad members. Your skills and experience should include expertise in Banking/Finance Domain and Functional test preparation & execution (Minimum 8 years), hands-on experience with Test Management/test planning activities, designing test cases, user story/script creation and execution, knowledge and experience with successful multi-disciplinary, self-organized teams & techniques, hands-on experience on testing automation frameworks and tools, familiarity with ALM test management tool, Agile Team management tools, hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, and excellent communication skills.
