Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional (female Candidate) to drive banking partnerships for One Health Assist. The role involves engaging with MDs, CXOs and senior decision-makers of banks and financial institutions to structure, negotiate, and close partnerships for Group Preventive Care (GPC) and allied health solutions.

Key Responsibilities • Identify and connect with senior leadership (MDs/Decision-makers) in banks to explore strategic tie-ups. • Pitch One Health Assist’s Group Preventive Care (GPC) and health solutions as employee wellness offerings for banks. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the BFSI sector. • Negotiate partnership agreements and close deals. • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and wellness program managers) to ensure smooth execution of signed partnerships. • Track progress, report partnership performance, and suggest improvements.

Requirements • 3–7 years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or institutional alliances (preferably in BFSI domain). • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage at CXO/MD level. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Confident, professional, and well-presented personality (female candidates for this client-facing role). • Ability to work independently and deliver on revenue/partnership targets

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
