Minimum 2 Years Of Experience In CASA Sales

Roles & Responsibilities of Bank Staff
Relationship Manager / Customer Service Officer
Greet and assist the customer.
Explain differences between savings and current accounts.
Help choose the right product based on the customer’s needs.
Provide account opening forms and explain documentation requirements.
Document Verification Officer / Back Office
Verify KYC documents (ID proof, address proof, PAN card, etc.).
Perform background checks (e.g., blacklist checks, compliance screening).
Ensure completeness and accuracy of the form.
Operations Team
Open the account in the core banking system.
Generate account number and link services (debit card, net banking, etc.).
Send confirmation to the customer.
Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., RBI guidelines, AML norms).
Branch Manager / Authorizing Officer
Approve account opening if required (especially for high-risk or business accounts).
Monitor quality and compliance of account opening procedures.
Handle escalations or complex cases.
