Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Loan Banking Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through loan products, processing applications, verifying documents, and ensuring timely disbursals. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell various loan products including personal, home, auto, business, and education loans.
• Assist customers in understanding loan eligibility, terms, and repayment options.
• Collect and verify necessary documentation for loan processing.
• Maintain accurate records of all loan applications and interactions.
• Coordinate with credit and underwriting departments for approvals.
• Follow up with customers for pending documentation and repayment queries.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance standards.
• Achieve assigned targets for loan disbursement and customer conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in loan processing or banking sales.
• Strong knowledge of loan products and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in Solar or corporate banking sector.
• Knowledge of local language (added advantage).
