Banking - IGS BAP - Expense Management - C10, Officer - Mumbai

Role Overview: The Expense Management team, part of the ICG Analytics Unit, provides support to the NY Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory (BCMA) team in Revenue and Expense reporting. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain high-quality client-ready output in a timely manner. The project operations run 5 days a week with shifts between 8 am to 11 pm. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct end-to-end M&A analysis of invoices billed to clients for Revenue and expenses - Handle Invoicing for Fixed Income and Equity deals settled by CGMI - Update and reconcile revenues in the system, identifying breaks between the P&L file and Deal Management System (DMS) - Review and track balance sheet deals, ensuring timely closure - Work on ad-hoc requests with tight deadlines - Understand FINRA regulations, meet deadlines, and prepare accurate reports - Approve Travel & entertainment expenses for North America, adhering to the CEMP policy - Review deal-related expenses thoroughly, ensuring correct deal numbers and timely billing - Review and approve requests for new deal number creation - Review and approve pipeline deals (Backlog) to tag correct revenues into the system - Manage Month-end processes involving ECM/DCM and M&A transactions for NAM and LatAm for revenue and expense tracking - Interact closely with Business Managers / Senior bankers running the Franchise/s - Review Client general expenses to allocate to proper deal codes - Prepare reports for franchise management to deliver to senior management and business managers - Understand the business/franchise supported - Ensure accurate reporting of KPIs with a thorough review and meeting deadlines - Take ownership of the process, contribute to process improvement, training, quality, and TAT - Work closely with the IT team on enhancements and perform rigorous testing before launch Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in MS-Office and Advanced MS-Excel - Efficient with Good communication skills (both verbal and written) - Attention to details - Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize work for timely results - Inquisitive nature and quality awareness Additional Company Details: - Databases Used: ICG Toolbox, Micro Strategy, Concur, Business Activity Warehouse Note: Job Family Group - Business Strategy, Management & Administration; Job Family - Business Management; Time Type - Full time,
