Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Banking Collection (Tamil Voice Process) at Seyon Enterprises, located in Chennai. The role involves daily tasks such as handling inbound and outbound collection calls in Tamil, negotiating repayment plans, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely collection of dues. The role also requires detailed recording of customer interactions and updating the database accordingly.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance knowledge, including understanding of credit and insurance
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Tamil, with good verbal communication skills in the language
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• A prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
