As a Sr. Business Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall administrative activities of the business. Your tasks may include participating in external audits, business continuity activities, or addressing regulatory issues. Additionally, you may be involved in tracking business financials, managing employee headcount, and coordinating other administrative needs. Your main objective will be to ensure that the business functions seamlessly and effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute implementation for PlanView products across Citigroup Corporate and Financial Systems (CCFS) group - Implement enterprise solutions for on-boarding and support of internal Citigroup businesses to PlanView product - Review User IDs, work, and calendars - Create and maintain reports as required - Assist with maintenance and upgrades of software; maintain resource hierarchy - Monitor and report inconsistencies in the Citi database - Act as a central point of contact for technical/application assistance - Document software errors and enhancement requests and submit them to product support - Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations **Qualifications:** - Previous relevant experience preferred - Understanding of equities, derivatives, international settlement, or financial markets required - Basic knowledge of Business Objects application - Experience/understanding of business process reengineering, business modeling concepts, and business systems development and analysis - Experience in creating documentation within standard development methodology - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills As a candidate for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
