Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Operations & Transaction Follow-Up Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring retail transactions, ensuring accuracy, maintaining documentation, and providing timely follow-up and support to customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Transaction Monitoring

• Monitor retail transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and related activities.
• Identify discrepancies or potential issues and take timely corrective action.

2. Customer Communication

• Communicate with customers to provide updates on transactions and resolve inquiries.
• Ensure clear, professional, and effective communication to maintain a positive customer experience.

3. Documentation & Record-Keeping

• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal compliance standards.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with customer service, compliance, and branch operations teams to resolve issues.
• Act as a liaison between retail operations and other departments to ensure smooth workflows.

5. Follow-Up Procedures

• Implement follow-up procedures for pending or unresolved transaction issues.
• Review and enhance follow-up processes for improved efficiency.

6. Quality Assurance

• Conduct regular audits and quality checks on transactions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational excellence.

7. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective support and follow-up.
• Collect customer feedback and use it to improve service quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
