Role Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Bangla Patient Relations Executive to join our team at Mykare Health in Kochi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to our Bangla-speaking patients. Good communication skills in the Bangla language are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Bangla-speaking patients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Provide information and assistance regarding medical care options, treatment plans, and hospital operations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patients during consultations and treatments, ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Adapt to changes in treatment plans and communicate these changes effectively to patients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff to facilitate smooth patient care coordination.
• Report to the manager on patient feedback, concerns, and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in Bangla are mandatory.
• Experienced and freshers can apply.
• Knowledge of hospital operations and medical terminology is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to respond to patient care situations with empathy and professionalism.
