Blondie Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Bakery & Pastry Chefs (Commis I, II, III / DCDP / CDP) to join our talented culinary team in Mumbai. We’re looking for creative, passionate, and detail-oriented professionals who excel in baking and dessert preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts as per recipes and quality standards
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the bakery & pastry section
• Assist in new dessert development and menu innovation
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation

Requirements:

• Experience in bakery and pastry operations preferred
• Relevant culinary or pastry certification
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
