Job Description:

Krystal School of Excellence (KSE), a premier institute for Hospitality and Culinary Education in Kolkata, is inviting applications for the position of Faculty – Bakery & Patisserie.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about the art of baking, possess in-depth knowledge of bakery techniques, and have the ability to inspire and train aspiring chefs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct practical and theoretical classes on Bakery, Confectionery, and Patisserie.
• Design and update curriculum as per industry standards.
• Supervise student activities during practical sessions.
• Guide students in developing professional baking skills and hygiene practices.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in workshops, training sessions, and institute events.
• Ensure the upkeep of the bakery lab and equipment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Bakery, Patisserie, Culinary Arts, or Hotel Management.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in bakery/patisserie operations.
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and mentor students.
