Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and disciplined Bakery Chef / Ice Cream Production Chef to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating ice cream production machinery, preparing toppings and inclusions for ice creams, ensuring product consistency, maintaining cleanliness, and following hygiene and safety protocols in the production area. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor ice cream production machines (batch freezer, pasteurizer, homogenizer, etc.) as per SOPs. Prepare bakery-style toppings, sauces, inclusions, and decorations for ice creams (e.g., caramel walnuts, brownie bits, fruit mixes, etc.). Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately for toppings and inclusions. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and production area. Assist in packing, labeling, and organizing finished products. Conduct daily cleaning and sanitation of all equipment and utensils. Follow food safety guidelines (FSSAI standards) and ensure a clean, safe work environment. Support the production team in daily operations and meet production targets. Maintain inventory of ingredients and report shortages proactively.
