Take loan from anyone but not Bajaj. Horrible customer service, rather they don't care about their customers.

They are charging unnecessary payment and late fee I strongly recommend do not take loan from this NBFC

phone is not working and if Saturday is open then mention time on your site and customer care number is most of the time is busy so resolve this problem.

Sick and tired of unnecessary phone calls from Bajaj finance!! Despite telling them multiple times that I’ve NEVER needed their services, they keep calling from different mobile numbers and harassing at any time of the day! I’ll strongly discourage anyone from availing their services!

Very bad attitude towards customer.. not giving proper details. Dont approach bajaj finances for personal loans. Once data is collected, further details are not guided properly... customer needs to contact frequenty for updates which is provided for namesake.
