very bad service, request send for change of EMI date. but no response and they present your mandate multiple times and also charge penalty multiple times. 3rd class service. they are so call "LOOTERA". they are looting customer in planned way.

Extremely bad services of Bajaj finance. They cheating the consumers, harrassing alot and the staff services are extremely bad. Lazy and rough behaviour. Not even speak in a proper manner.

I am facing so many problem with bajaj finance there is no any contact number to say our problem very bad service . Very bad behaviour with the customer. ..... i would never suggest anyone to take loan form bajaj and never finance any appliance or asset from bajaj............

Please don',t take any loan from Bajaj Finserve, at the time of tendering the load they say there is not foreclosure charges, but when you actually go for foreclosure they say policy has been changed and now you have to pay foreclosure charges which is 4% of the outstanding amount. it is shameless.

They trick people and their sales and post sales executives are thoroughly unprofessional. Avoid taking Bajaj Finserv card/loan unless something as critical as life is at stake and there are no other alternative. Avoid getting trapped Say No! to Bajaj Finserv.
