Guess what they dont even care to change the incorrect address listed for their office in dwarka.. well they say its gurgaon .. dont bother to call them.. IVr is of no use.. seems their offices are sham too..

Worst experience i've ever had......... i would never suggest anyone to take loan form bajaj and never finance any appliance or asset from bajaj............ customer support - zero, app - zero, website - zero.............!!!!!!!!! SHAMELESS

Bad bad bad.. No customer support number, I wanted to close my existing loan but I do not know where to do that.. I emailed and they told me hell long procedure and difficult one.. They asked me to fill lot of form.. Excuse me i want to forclose my loan ... Not begging for loan..

If you visit their office then things might be different but if trying for help via the online portal then it is not a good experience. Also, no facility of phone interaction in today's world can not be considered a good customer service.

Bad services. Don't go for Loan account. You will face issue frequently. They are not having good co ordination between sales team and operations.

Worst company in terms of customer service. Even after repeated request for Do No Call, the company keeps calling to sell there product and that too from a mobile phone, which is against the law. …
