It is something like worst. Many time I attempt to call the customer service and always they said to enter the OTP sent on my registered mobile number but never received the OTP and never connected with the customer care executive.

The worst company to deal with. Beware of them and they spoil your comfort. Its better to lend money from a friend than this most unprofessional company. They have no one to one calling facility and don't even respond to mails. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BAJAJ FINSERV..shameless

First and last mistake to take help from bajaj finance. Useless and they are scammers. Abusive language and very bad behavior against customers

Very unprofessional and never understand the customer pain . Pls avoid to use this service. Chasing since more than 100 days for resolving my loan issue which is not addressed yet and no response on mail and phone at all .
