Pathetic Sales strategy. Constant pestering sales calls. They will never grow by purchasing customer data base from banks and constantly pestering. Even if I need loans i will never take it from them due to constant phonecalls and disturbance. Pathetic customer service team.

Visited Bajaj office, Dues pending since 2018 has been resolved. Cooperative staff, I forget to carry my Debit card despite it has been solved by UPI. Go Digital. Thank You!

They don't have customer service attitude and don't have customer service department. They are good in pulling out money in the name of charges. Worst finance. Regretting now that I had to take finance from them instead of other better options in the market. Never take a loan from these people.
