I had worst experience. I will say to everyone stay alert before doing finance from Bajaj Finance. They ask bribe Rs.5 from me stating that your card is on Hold to release you have to pay Rs. 5 before delivering card.

Pathetic customer service, nonchalant attitude. A 5 minute job, redirected to the wrong counter, kept waiting for 45 min. And then, told to go to another counter.. And guess what.. Issue a fresh token and wait some more. A total of 1 hour and 15 minutes have passed. And I'm still in line. Horrific first visit.
