IVR IS NOT WORKING, BULLSHIT SERVICE... i have paid my full due for personal loan , still they have deducted EMI from my account... it is utterly unacceptable... pls dont go for bajaj finance for any kind of loan.

Bajaj rating should be in negative....customer services are pathetic...branches are closed....you cannot send the enquiry through online portal....and they dont revert on mail for your queries following up from month but 0 response for n no of mails.. pathetic.
