No food processor repair happened. Seems there is only 1 technician who too was away from shop. When called he asked to contact helpline who would send someone home to check.

This is Bajaj (every electrical) and Philips (mostly trimmers and shavers) authorised service centre. A five minute walk from Thane station will bring you here. The landmark is Bharat junior school/Bharat Kids school. Timings 10am to 6pm. Good service is provided by them.

Pathetic service , staff name Rahul and Deepak are the person who provide some services but after 1 month only things are back to normal, tried calling them to fix but not responding.
