I have purchased Bajaj Geyser on 21 July, 20. Still it has not installed despite repeated requests. Today on 29/07/20 I again contacted 3/4 persons from the said company, their reply is arrogant. I feel I made a mistake in purchasing the product. Very hopeless approach of the staff.

Most poor, perhaps worst service in India.. I lodged a complaint for my microwave on 25th Sep. 2017.. Technician visited and told it's a PCB problem, and carried away that part along with him.. Till today …

No food processor repair happened. Seems there is only 1 technician who too was away from shop. When called he asked to contact helpline who would send someone home to check.

Very bad people..their technician santosh said that if its a problem in your induction cooker then this is how company has designed it and started to fight with us asking for happy code.
