Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Badminton/Tennis Omni Sports Leader at Decathlon Sports India. The role involves overseeing the promotion, sales, and coaching of badminton and tennis products. Responsibilities include conducting coaching sessions, developing and implementing sales strategies, interacting with customers to understand their needs, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sports Leader will also collaborate with the store team to enhance product displays and promotions.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills
• Sales experience and skills
• Passion for Badminton and Tennis; knowledge in Football is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field is preferred
• Experience in retail or sports industry is advantageous
