BA/Config Engineer/SaaS

As a Business Analyst - Configuration Specialist at GlobalLogic, your role will involve configuring business workflows and journeys on a low-code platform. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, QA, and program teams to ensure seamless implementation. Your responsibilities will include: - Configuring business workflows and journeys on the low-code platform using its in-built capabilities. - Working with Postman, APIs, and PgAdmin (basic SQL queries) to support configurations and troubleshoot issues. - Collaborating with developers, QA, product managers, and program managers to ensure accurate implementation. - Analyzing business requirements, validating feasibility, and providing insights on configurations. - Ensuring error-free configuration with a keen eye for detail and logical structuring. - Troubleshooting configuration and integration issues, working with tech teams to resolve them efficiently. - Adapting quickly to evolving business requirements and working effectively under high-pressure situations. - Documenting configuration processes and sharing knowledge with internal stakeholders. In addition to the key responsibilities, we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: - Strong ownership & go-getter attitude, proactive in solving problems. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. - Hands-on experience with Postman, APIs, and writing basic queries in PgAdmin. - Technical acumen, experience working with tech products and platforms. - Logical reasoning & problem-solving skills to ensure seamless configurations. - Excellent collaboration & communication skills to work cross-functionally. - Good Understanding of SAAS platform and Implementation Skills. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience in low-code platforms or workflow configuration tools, a background in business analysis, system configuration, or product implementation, and knowledge of API integrations and data flow between systems.
