Job Description

Role & responsibilities

In Depth Knowledge on Networker ( 19.X ) and its modules, Data Domain , DPA , VM backups, Data Domain, Tape Libraries. Solid knowledge on backup and restore skills.
Also, client backup configuration requirements for backup agents. Good knowledge in administration and create reports on the reporting tools like Dell EMC DPA
Backup software integration with most used applications in industry (e.g. Backing up MS Exchange, SQL, Oracle, VMWare)
Understanding of Backup and recovery Concepts and troubleshooting
Candidates should demonstrate specific knowledge on Networker, Data Domain and Dell EMC products
Candidate should have worked on Networker , Data Domain , DPA upgrades in production environment .
Should have knowledge on ticketing tool like ServiceNow and Remedy
