Backstage Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Backstage Coordination Freelancer to support our live events and shows. You will be the key point of contact backstage, ensuring smooth flow of activities, managing performers, coordinating with the technical crew, and ensuring everything runs as per the event timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with artists, anchors, crew members, and stage managers for smooth backstage operations.
• Manage green room arrangements and artist movements as per show flow.
• Ensure timely lineup of performers, props, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with the console team for cues and performance readiness.
• Maintain strict adherence to the event schedule and troubleshoot any backstage issues in real-time.
• Maintain decorum, discipline, and readiness backstage before and during the event.
• Assist in handling last-minute changes or contingencies without disturbing the show flow.
• Report to the Event Manager and provide real-time updates on performance readiness and show progress.
