Job Description

As a Tender Preparation Executive in the mining projects division, your role will involve studying and analyzing tender documents, notices, and RFQs related to mining projects. You will be responsible for preparing complete bid proposals, including technical and financial documents, ensuring compliance with tender specifications, deadlines, and statutory requirements. Additionally, you will maintain the tender tracker, monitor submission timelines, and ensure on-time delivery. You will also assist in documentation related to work orders, agreements, and compliance certifications. Key Responsibilities: - Study and analyze tender documents, notices, and RFQs related to mining projects. - Prepare complete bid proposals, including technical and financial documents. - Ensure all documents comply with tender specifications, deadlines, and statutory requirements. - Maintain the tender tracker, monitor submission timelines, and ensure on-time delivery. - Assist in documentation related to work orders, agreements, and compliance certifications.
