As a Back-Office Customer Service Associate at McGraw Hill, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience for the US business. Your responsibilities will include: - Processing physical return/refunds, account maintenance, order management, and provisioning digital licenses into proper accounts. - Sorting, organizing, and processing digital images of labels and RGAs using Salesforce and Oracle systems. - Reviewing system-generated error messages to determine customer credits under various return policies. - Creating accounts, updating contracts, and triggering notifications to customers about licensing availability. - Analyzing and processing on-hold orders to ensure completion. - Performing quality reviews of new orders, identifying errors, resolving issues, and reporting trends to leadership. To excel in this role, you should have: - At least 1 year of experience in a contact center, operations, back-office, or US customer service environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle, or Smartsheet (advantageous but not essential). - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - Experience in working for a publishing company is a plus.
