• Design and implement scalable link-building strategies to acquire high-authority editorial, resource, and contextual backlinks across target verticals.
• Plan and run outreach campaigns: prospecting, list-building, personalized outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management to secure placements.
• Execute guest-posting, broken-link, resource page, and skyscraper techniquescoordinate content creation and placement with content teams.
• Perform regular backlink audits to identify toxic links, manage removal/disavow workflows, and improve domain authority metrics.
• Use SEO tools to analyze competitor link profiles, prioritize high-ROI prospects, and map link opportunities to conversion-focused pages.
• Track and report link acquisition KPIs (referring domains, DR/UR, referral traffic, keyword rank impact) and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proven experience securing editorial backlinks and guest placements for commercial websites.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs.
• Proficiency with SEMrush.
• Experience with Google Search Console for link profile analysis.
• Hands-on expertise in backlink auditing and toxic-link remediation.
• Experience managing outreach campaigns and relationship-based link acquisition.
  

Preferred

• Experience with Pitchbox or BuzzStream.
• Familiarity with HARO and journalist outreach.
• Knowledge of Majestic or Screaming Frog for supplemental link discovery.
