Key Responsibilities SAP WM/EWM Consultant

• Configure and manage SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) modules.
• Implement warehouse processes such as Put-away, Picking Strategy, Wave Management, Storage Type/Bin Management, and Storage Unit Types.
• Map and configure business processes including Transfer Orders (TO) creation and confirmation.
• Maintain Number Ranges and Control Parameters for warehouse activities.
• Integrate SAP WM/EWM with other modules: MM, FI, CO, SD, PP, and TM.
• Perform master data configurations: Material Master, Vendor Master, Inventory Management.
• Configure SAP MM module for procurement processes including Import/Domestic Procurement, Sub-contracting, and STO Pricing Procedures.
• Conduct system testing to ensure SAP WM/EWM and MM modules meet business requirements.
• Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.
• Conduct user training sessions and deliver presentations on SAP WM/EWM processes.
• Work on RF processes including integration with barcode technology and warehouse automation.
• Manage ALE/EDI/IDoc integrations with third-party systems for procurement and production warehouses.
• Configure output determination for purchase orders and picklists.
• Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle including AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, Fit-Gap, BBP, UAT, Go-Live, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills:

• 56 years of hands-on experience in LE-WM.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM and EWM configurations.
• Understanding of logistics processes, inbound/outbound operations, and warehouse automation.
• Experience with RICEFS, Smart Forms, interfaces, and ALE/EDI/IDoc integrations.
• Exposure to SAP implementation methodologies (ASAP, Activate).

Desirable Skills:

• EWM expertise with integration knowledge to other SAP modules.
• Knowledge of RF technology, wave management, and physical inventory processes.
