Backend Team Lead

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, high-performance backend systems. Your primary focus will be on leading the development and optimization of backend services using Java, Spring Boot, or Micronaut, and implementing event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar technologies. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to delivering robust, maintainable, and efficient backend solutions.
