Backend Sales & Service Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, your role will involve coordinating the sales team by effectively managing schedules, organizing important documents, and ensuring seamless communication of relevant information. It will be your responsibility to guarantee the availability of necessary sales-related equipment and materials, as well as handling the submission of quotations accurately. You will play a crucial part in processing all orders with precision and ensuring timely execution. In cases of unforeseen delays or issues, you will be required to promptly inform clients and take necessary actions to address the situation. Monitoring the progress of the sales team, identifying areas of improvement, and suggesting enhancements will be key aspects of your job. Additionally, you will be involved in assisting with the preparation and coordination of promotional materials or events. Compliance with laws and company policies, as well as following up on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), will also be part of your duties. The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience, with previous work as a sales coordinator or in similar administrative roles being advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, along with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, is essential. Being well-organized, responsible, and adept at problem-solving are qualities that will contribute to your success in this position.
