Backend Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using

  Python frameworks

  (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Develop

  RESTful / GraphQL APIs

  to support and web applications.
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness.
  
• Integrate third-party services, databases, and APIs.
  
• Implement

  security, authentication, and authorization protocols

  (JWT/OAuth2).
• Write efficient, reusable, and testable code following

  best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  
• Ensure high availability and reliability of backend systems.
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Strong proficiency in

  Python (3.x)

• Hands-on experience with

  Django / Flask / FastAPI

  .
• Proficiency in

  Relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

  and

  NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Redis)

  .
• Experience with

  RESTful APIs

  , microservices, and server-side logic.
• Solid understanding of

  Docker, containerization, and deployment

  .
• Knowledge of

  cloud platforms

  (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)

• Strong understanding of

  data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles

  .
• Experience with

  asynchronous programming

  and

  WebSockets

  is a plus.
• Good knowledge of

  unit testing and test-driven development (TDD)
