Job Description

Role Overview:

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using
FastAPI
.
Build scalable and maintainable backend architectures using
Python
and modern frameworks.
Work with
databases
(SQL & NoSQL) e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
Integrate with third-party APIs and microservices.
Write efficient, reusable, and testable code following
best practices
.
Implement
asynchronous programming
patterns for performance optimization.
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery.
Ensure
code quality

security
, and
API documentation
using tools like Swagger/OpenAPI.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.

Technical Skills Required:

Core:
Python 3.x, FastAPI, REST APIs, AsyncIO
ORMs/Databases:
SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB
Tools & Frameworks:
Docker, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
Testing:
Pytest, Unit Testing frameworks
API Documentation:
Swagger / OpenAPI
Bonus Skills:
Experience with
Celery / Redis / RabbitMQ
(for async tasks)
Knowledge of
Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Familiarity with
Microservices Architecture & Kubernetes
Experience with
Pydantic
