Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Backend Node.js Developer with strong expertise in modern backend technologies and architectures. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building scalable, high-performance backend systems and microservices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust backend applications using Node.js and NestJS
• Implement and maintain microservice architectures
• Work with gRPC for efficient inter-service communication
• Optimize database operations using PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Implement caching strategies using Redis
• Collaborate with frontend teams and stakeholders
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices
• Participate in system design and architecture discussions

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Node.js development
• Strong expertise in NestJS framework
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL/MySQL database design and optimization
• Must have experience with gRPC implementation
• Solid understanding of microservice architecture patterns
• Experience with Redis for caching and session management
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

Good to Have:

• Experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of system monitoring and logging

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: In-office as needed (occasional)
