Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain customer records in the CRM system
• Process and verify data entries with high accuracy
• Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure up-to-date client data
• Generate reports and provide analytics based on CRM data
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving CRM-related issues
• Ensure data integrity, privacy, and confidentiality standards are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in backend CRM operations
• Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be available for immediate joining
