Job Description We are building India's first gamified INR-based crypto derivatives exchange targeting retail investors, especially Gen Z. The MVP is scheduled to go live in 3 months. We are seeking a strong backend engineer to join our core team. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for trading, wallet, user, and admin modules Integrate 3rd-party APIs: Bybit Broker API (trading engine) INR payment gateways (UPI, IMPS) KYC providers (e.g., Hashgraph) Build internal INR wallet & ledger system for real-time balance management Ensure secure, scalable, and well-documented code Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and compliance teams Participate in sprint planning, peer reviews, and testing cycles Skills Required Strong programming experience in Node.js (Express/Nest.js) or GoLang Solid understanding of REST APIs , authentication, rate limits, retries, and webhooks Database: PostgreSQL , Redis (or any RDBMS + cache) Working knowledge of microservices, CI/CD, Docker Bonus: Prior work in crypto, fintech, exchange platforms, or order execution logic Preferred Candidates Have built fintech/crypto platforms with real-money flows Understand trading instruments (options/futures) Comfortable working in high-paced agile environments Can join immediately or within 23 weeks Perks & Benefits High ownership and startup-level autonomy Equity/performance-linked bonus for top talent Opportunity to be part of India’s next big crypto innovation Role & responsibilities
