Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Backend Engineer (SDE-2) to join Parspec s engineering team. This role involves backend system design, coding, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will develop scalable features, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration with Parspec s AI-powered platform. Company Details Parspec is transforming the industry with AI-powered solutions. As part of our growing team, you will contribute to building scalable products while enjoying a collaborative and flexible work environment. Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience in backend development with Python or Golang Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOA, and microservices. Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Elasticsearch. Hands-on experience deploying and managing services on AWS/GCP. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in distributed systems. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs. Optimize system performance for low latency and high availability. Build scalable backend solutions to handle increasing user demands. Lead feature development from estimation to deployment. Collaborate with Frontend, AI, and Product teams for cohesive solutions. Maintain code quality through reviews and best practices. Deploy, manage, and optimize infrastructure on AWS/GCP. Ensure thorough testing and resolve production issues.
