We’re looking for a Backend Engineer (SDE-1)

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Build and maintain backend services using

  Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask)

  and

  Node.js

  .
• Contribute to designing

  scalable, high-performance APIs

  that power AI-driven automation solutions.
• Collaborate closely with different teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Write efficient, reliable, and secure code—ensure good database design and query performance (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Take ownership of assigned modules—proactively identify improvements and contribute ideas to enhance performance and scalability.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years

  of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in

  Python

  and

  Node.js

  with a solid understanding of API development.
• Strong understanding of

  relational databases

  (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and query optimization.
• Basic understanding of

  microservices, Docker, and distributed systems

  concepts.
• Passionate about learning new technologies
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset—able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Be open to experimentation—work on R&D and POCs for new technologies and features, validating feasibility and driving innovation.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Exposure to

  cloud environments

  (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience working on

  AI-driven applications or automation workflows

  .
• Prior involvement in

  POCs, open-source projects, or side projects

• Startup experience

  or having built something from scratch.
