Backend Engineer - Python & Node.js

As a Backend Engineer for our team, you will be a key player in the development of cutting-edge Agentic AI platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement scalable backend systems that empower autonomous AI agents to seamlessly integrate with enterprise systems and data platforms. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of AI researchers, data scientists, and frontend developers on exciting technologies such as LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and real-time adaptive learning systems. Your main tasks will include designing, developing, and maintaining modular and scalable components for autonomous software agents. You will be expected to integrate backend services with modern LLM frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI. Additionally, you will develop APIs, microservices, and orchestration pipelines to manage multi-agent workflows and contribute to business process automation and CRM integration. You will work closely with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot Studio, fine-tuning large and small language models using proprietary datasets, especially from NBFC domains. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the AI teams on model evaluation and optimization pipelines using GCP, BigQuery, and related tools. Your role will also involve developing lightweight learning frameworks that enhance user interactions and implementing real-time models and rules-based decision engines for adaptive automation. You will work on features that enable agents to self-improve over time based on historical performance and results. To excel in this role, you must be proficient in Python and Node.js, with a working knowledge of JavaScript, Java, or React. Familiarity with technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, Agent Development Kit (ADK), and Multi-agent Communication Protocol (MCP) will be advantageous. Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, Express.js, FastAPI, Microservice architecture, GCP, MS Azure, BigQuery, Power Apps, Power BI, CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), prompt engineering, model orchestration, LLM integration, and SQL/NoSQL databases is essential for success in this role.
