Job Title: Backend Engineer – APIs & Integrations

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer (APIs & Integrations) to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services. The role focuses on building robust APIs, managing third-party and internal integrations, and ensuring high performance and security across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure RESTful / GraphQL APIs
• Manage and implement third-party and internal system integrations
• Ensure backend performance, reliability, and scalability
• Implement security best practices including authentication, authorization, and data protection
• Optimize database queries and backend services for high availability
• Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and DevOps teams for seamless integration
• Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot production issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong experience in backend development (Node.js / Java / Python / Go or similar)
• Hands-on experience building and consuming APIs
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Experience with authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, API keys)
• Understanding of performance optimization and secure coding practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
