Backend End Engineer - Java

Requirements

• 2–3 years of backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot

• Strong understanding of OOPS concepts and RESTful API design

• Experience with SQL databases, especially MySQL

• Familiarity with basic cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)

• Detail-oriented with end-to-end ownership mindset

• Eagerness to learn financial systems and backend workflows

• (Good to have) Prior experience in fintech or loan management systems

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs for the full loan lifecycle

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable Java code using Spring Boot

• Integrate backend systems with MySQL, internal tools, and external services

• Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and team discussions
