Role Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop high-performance, fault-tolerant microservices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and infrastructure-as-code systems.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and container orchestration workflows.
• Implement monitoring, observability, logging, and security best practices across distributed systems.
• Collaborate with backend and AI engineering teams to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Continuously improve automation, deployment speeds, and operational efficiency across environments.
• Support research and infra teams in delivering production-grade systems for large-scale AI workloads.
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in backend engineering and/or DevOps.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API design.
• Proficiency in

  Go, Python, Node.js, or Java

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Docker, Kubernetes

  , and cloud platforms (

  AWS/GCP

  ).
• Familiarity with

  Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions

  , or similar DevOps tooling.
• Experience working with databases (

  PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

  ) and message queues (

  Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS

  ).
• Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools (

  Prometheus, Grafana, ELK

  ) and CI/CD principles.
