Backend Developer

You will be joining a dynamic team at Volto Consulting as a Backend Developer in Bengaluru with more than 5 years of expertise in Java and Python. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and maintaining server-side applications, collaborating with front-end developers, and ensuring optimal performance and scalability of applications. You will also be involved in database design, writing efficient code, and identifying and resolving application issues. To excel in this role, you must have a strong command of Java and Python programming languages. Proficiency in database design and management using tools like MySQL and PostgreSQL is essential. Experience with server-side frameworks and architecture is a plus. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot and debug applications. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will facilitate smooth collaboration with front-end developers. Apart from technical skills, effective communication and teamwork are crucial for success in this role. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
